Everyone knows that the very best get-togethers are always decorated liberally with iconography made up to look like a royal version of your host, so Funkyland's escape game Alice House 2 No.09: Alice's Dinner Party shouldn't come as much surprise. To leave this royal banquet, you'll need to find five items bearing the image of Queen Alice, and as usual, some of these are hidden behind puzzles in a crafty manner. Just click around to explore and interact, and keep an eye out for the items and clues you'll need to crack the puzzles in your way. Though not as chaotic as the "real" Wonderland, Funkyland's Alice House games are all still pleasantly weird while rarely veering into illogical territory, making Alice's Dinner Party an appealing appetizer of a game that'll whet your appetite without filling you up. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go order a bunch of decorations and flatware with my face on them for Thanksgiving.
can't believe i'm gonna say this... FIRST! LOL!
and out! easy peasy :)
If anyone, like I was, is stuck on the clock code,
The plates are red herrings, look at the shelves they're sitting on.
@ Daibhid: Thanks so much! That was exactly where I was stuck on.
If Google Translate is reliable, the website says this one is the last Alice House game. Now, whether that means the last one period or just the last one in Alice House 2, I'm not entirely sure.
probably a confusion between last and latest... (as an example it's a single word in french)
Walkthrough
1. Number Box on the Table
Above each number you’ll see a symbol. Check the pictures on the wall to see the numbers that each symbol represents. The correct combination is
1871
2. Unlock the blue box on the left wall with the key and grab the handle.
3. Put the handle in the box on the red table, next to the right wall.
4. Cat Box Puzzle
You can see the correct combination in the HINT book next to the box. It’s
left, right, left, right, right.
Reverse the combination to get the second item.
5. Cards
1. Put the white card in the plate on the table (the one with soup in it).
2. Put the red card on the red chair and the white one on the white chair.
6. Clock Puzzle
1. Take the clock hand from the candle on the table.
2. Put the hand on the clock and click on it.
3. Notice the color of each shelf the arrow points at. This is the correct combination for the last box on the table (the one with grapes and a mouse).
4. The correct combination is
grapes, mouse, mouse, grapes, coffee.
7. Under the blue chair in the middle, you’ll find a small box. Open it and take the candle.
8. Put the candle on the candlestick on the table at the right wall and click on it to get another item.
9. The last item can be found behind the plate at 4 o’clock (at the clock).
Sadly, it probably is - we've reached the end of Through the Looking Glass, and there isn't another Alice book to base Alice House 3 on.
Way back in 2014, the first Alice House series said it was part of the Princess House series, so I suspect we might be getting Cinderella or Snow White Houses next.
Is there any way to make the game larger on my screen? I have such a hard time seeing the smaller objects.
@dekayem
I've had that problem with other games, namely the Submachine game. If you hold Control (or Alt, I'm not entirely sure which) and press the + button, it should allow you to zoom in on your browser.
