Jigsaw Compilation I'm A Puzzle Is Ready to Make the Leap from Browser to Mobile
Jigsaw puzzles have been around for centuries, and they haven't changed much in that time. They don't need to. Nothing beats a jigsaw when it comes to quiet, focused, meditative gameplay.
I'm A Puzzle, the online jigsaw compendium from Unwind Media, manages to deliver a lifetime's supply of classic jigsaw puzzles to solve with a light dusting of new ideas for good measure.
Head to the I'm A Puzzle website and you'll find a selection of Featured Puzzles and a Puzzle of the Day. But that's just the start.
There are numerous categories, such as Animals, Nature, Food, and so on, some of which break down into even more categories. Click on Animals, for example, and you'll be asked to choose from Cats, Dogs, Insects, and more.
In the unlikely event that you work your way through the hundreds of puzzles that I'm A Puzzle has on offer, the fun still isn't over. That's because the platform lets you upload your own pictures and create your own personalized jigsaw puzzles to solve.
Once you've created a puzzle you can share it in all the usual ways, or embed it in an email for a particular recipient to solve. Way better than a boring old picture message.
Naturally, you can solve puzzles at several different difficulty levels, from Easy to Supreme, and you can mix things up with a number of different styles.
Some of these throw in a few irregular shapes, such as Stars, Hearts, Leaves, Halloween images, and even spiky balls of COVID. Others change up the gameplay more dramatically, for example by making all of the pieces look like pine trees or hexagons.
Our favorite has to be Mystery mode, though. This one gives you a little spotlight of visibility, punctuated by the occasional flash during which every piece is visible. It's tough as nails, and a fun twist on the classic Sunday afternoon pastime.
Try I'm A Puzzle's jigsaw puzzles right now. If you prefer a swipier experience, though, you might want to wait a little while for the forthcoming iOS and Android versions.
Stay tuned for more news on those!
Bravo! I'm always game for a good jigsaw puzzle and online can be just as good as the real tabletop variety. Plus, online jigsaws take up less space and allow me to use my dining room table for just that -- dining! Thank you JayisGames!
I have been using https://thejigsawpuzzles.com/ which has some really nice puzzles, a puzzle of the day and a mystery puzzle. I particularly like that I can enlarge the puzzle to full screen when working on it. They also have a really nice Art section with old masters that I particularly enjoy working.
I will add this one as well to my daily fix as this looks like another great site to use! Thanks JayisGames!
